We hope that every client will be satisfied with their hair. However, we understand that there will be those unique circumstances in which an order needs to be exchanged. So when you get your package, please check it as soon as possible because after 24 hours items can not be requested for return.
All merchandise been returned MUST be unworn, unwashed, original lace (uncut), original curl pattern (undispersed) and still, have the original package & gifts attached. It might take a little time to process the exchange, so we are asking you for your patience.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
1. To request an exchange, please email; kissedbymeckeyt@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the item; explain the reason for your return and along with your order number. We will then send you the return address along with some instructions.
2. When the item(s) has/have been received and is confirmation to be in its original state; your request will be processed and within seven (7) days, a new item will be shipped to you.
