Product Liability

When purchasing a product from KissedByMeckeyT, you are given the option to add $0.99 for insurance/liability. This $0.99 dollars will act as protection for package during shipping/pickup. If you choose NOT to purchase/add insurance, then at no time will KissedByMeckeyT be held responsible for any lost, damage or stolen item(s).

Return/Refund Policy

Under NO circumstances does KissedByMeckeyT issues refunds for items purchased by customers; unless the item(s) brought were Out of Stock or Customer is Blacklisted (non-returning buyers)

To be eligible for an exchange on any item, the item that is been returned must:

1. Be unwashed, unworn, in it's original form/pattern (lace uncut & colour/pattern unaltered) and still have, the original package & gifts attached.
2. Have been requested for an exchanged less than 24 hours after receiving.
3. Have been purchased with insurance.
4. NOT be a promotional purchase; meaning the item brought was NOT on Sale, Clearance or brought for Advertising/Monetizing purposes.

Please Note: We DO NOT issue cash refunds, all refunds will be sent back to the original payment method.
